THE WALLS AND THE TOWERS OF BAGNAIA

The analysis of the city walls of the Borgo di Bagnaia, revealed several phases of construction related to a chronological period from the 10th to 17th century.

TOWER OF THE BORGO OR OF THE CLOCK

According to local tradition, the large round tower that overlooks the palazzo della loggia and the internal borgo, dates back to 1221, although recent studies could indicate that it was built later, in the 15th century.
